Why pay a paralegal or document preparer to review or prepare your legal documents
when you can have a licensed attorney do it for you for about the same amount
of money? The internet and Yellow Pages are full of individuals and services that
promise low cost legal document preparation and review. Remember, the individuals
reviewing/preparing your documents are NOT licensed attorneys! Most of these
individuals and services will end up costing you more time and money in the end
because they are often inexperienced when it comes to family law documents.
There are also several online services that just sell you generic document templates.
These services and documents are just that: generic. Glickstein Law understands that
each case is unique and should be treated accordingly. We believe that answering a
few questions online to fill-in-the-blanks on a generic form is not most effective way of
handling your unique legal needs.
Glickstein Law offers complete document preparation and review services for all family
law matters including, but not limited to:

While full representation is always recommended, this service is a lower cost alternative.
However, if needed, Glickstein Law will credit the cost of the document preparation
services toward the retainer for full representation.
